In 2003, Stan and his family moved back to Maryland to plant Pathways Church. Prior to that he co-founded Crossroads Church in Odenton, MD.

Jim leads our Gathering Ministry, where we bring creative elements together to foster our times of community together.

Dale leads our Musical Worship Team, which uses its musical talents to help us connect with God during our Sunday worship gathering.

Jason is responsible for overseeing Pathways' organic (non-traditional) expressions of church, and keeping them coordinated with the greater Pathways community.

Marcus translates to and from our youth, and sometimes finds the time to have a heck of a lot more fun than any adult has the right to have.

Rachel leads what is more commonly known as the "Party" team, and in the time between parties she coordinates making our space and events welcoming and pleasant.

Cristina keeps the overall children's ministry on track, and supplied with volunteers and schedules. Without her, the children would take over the building and we'd be dodging between couch cushion forts (and those wouldn't be just inhabited by the kids!).

Doris plays games with and teaches our preschoolers on Sunday mornings, as well as playing an important leadership role in our annual Vacation Bible School.

Wes does his best keeping the leadership as a whole coordinated, as well as playing a primary role in figuring out our finances on a regular basis.
