About Us
About Pathways Church:
Connect with God. Renew your Soul. Grow in Relationships. Bless Others. Share God’s Love. Pathways embraces the ancient traditions, while finding fresh new ways to live out our faith in the real world. We’re gonna change the way you think about church. Pathways gathers for worship at 9:45 AM every Sunday morning. Additional youth and adult groups meet throughout the week. If you can’t find what you’re looking for online, just give us a call at 410.638.7717.

Our Leadership:
Stan Graham is the founding and lead pastor of Pathways. He is a 2003 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a 1988 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Before starting Pathways, Stan co-founded Crossroads Church in Odenton, Maryland. He worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 1989-1998, and has also served as a worship leader and church planting consultant within the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware.
Jason and Laura Ashbaugh are Pathways’ Simple Church Missionaries. Jason and Laura lead a simple church which meets in Bel Air, but they also help train others who are interested in starting or leading simple or organic church expressions. Jason is also passionate about spiritual formation, discipleship, coffee roasting and home brewing – usually, at the same time.
Marcus Rodriguez leads Pathways’ youth program.
Rachel Crouch and Kathy Graham coordinate Pathways’ Children’s Ministries.
Our Beliefs:
Jesus summed it up best when he said that the most important thing in life is to Love God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself. That’s what we’re all about, whether your neighbor lives next door, in Baltimore City or in West Africa, we want to help them find life – the real and better life that Jesus offers to everyone who will follow Him.
Here are some more specifics if you are interested, but the best way to find out what we believe is to come have a cup of coffee with us.
Our Affiliations:
We don’t think anyone should go it alone in this life, there is too much wisdom and fun to be had by sharing and having experiences with others. With that in mind Pathways has formed some partnerships and affiliations with different churches and organizations. Like real life friends, we don’t always agree with everything they do but we share some important things in common that let us get past those differences to do things that matter.
